What do you get?
We will come to your property and use a professional-grade drone to take high-resolution photos of your roof, gutters, and chimneys. You will receive:
- Initial consultation
- 20-30 high-resolution photos of the property roof
- Report of overall condition and identified problem areas
- Materials available online or DVD
How does it work?
When you contact us, we will schedule a brief consultation to identify any special concerns or problem areas, and answer any questions you have. This can be done by phone or in person.
Next our pilot will visit your property, check for hazards, then capture photos and video of your roof. This requires some brief pre-flight tests and the whole routine usually takes less than 45 minutes. We fly the entire roof and capture high resolution photos and video from a variety of perspectives. You don’t need to be home, but we would be glad to meet with you and show you the process.
After capturing the photo and video material, we take them back to our office for post-processing. We then review the photos and video, identify problem areas, and prepare your report. Within 7 days, we will deliver your report along with 20-30 high resolution photos.
If your property needs repairs, you arrange with your trusted local contractor. We can also make referrals, if needed.
